“Bumbarash” is a restaurant of modern Georgian cuisine. It was opened in September 2013. It is located in the heart of Krasnodar: near the Arch and shopping center “Сity Center”.
A distinctive feature of the restaurant: more than 100 varieties of natural spices are used for cooking. Mint, tarragon, thyme, coriander, saffron will emphasize the richness of taste and warm up the appetite.
Dishes are prepared only from fresh products on the fire in high-quality Georgian ceramic dishes. At every stage of cooking, the chefs adhere to all the rules and traditions of the national cuisine of Georgia, diluting it with refined European notes. One of the most popular dishes of the restaurant is shish kebab, Lula – kebab from young lamb, Sevan trout, kharcho, mutton kutabs, baked Suluguni with pear, lamb square, chicken in chkmeretin style. A variety of Georgian sauces can favorably complement the taste: satsibeli made of nuts and fruits, adjika, pomegranate Narsharab and many others. You could have a delicious and satisfying meal by ordering khinkali, chashushuli with lamb. Many guests are advised to try the lush homemade cakes.
A special attention should be paid to khachapuri and flatbreads with Caucasian cheese.
The menu also includes vegetarian and lean dishes. A separate Banquet menu has been developed for events.
In the evenings, live music is played and the Georgian waiters come out dancing to serve customers with dishes in their hands. Every Friday in the restaurant, the guests have the opportunity to listen the live vocals performed by girls from Georgia. For the summer season, the restaurant has an outdoor terrace.
The design in the Georgian style and beautiful music add even more warmth and comfort in the overall atmosphere of the restaurant “Bumbarash”. There are often a variety of discounts in the institution. Families with children can order the dishes from the children’s menu created especially for the young guests.
