The original and picturesque restaurant «Stan» on the coast of Kuban river is an institution for the admirers of the ancient traditions and history of the Kuban Cossacks. The institution resembles an ethnographic museum, the interior is designed in the historical Cossack style with the household items and the elements of costumes of the Kuban Cossacks.
The restaurant serves local, traditional Cossack cuisine based on old recipes of Kuban villages. Only here you will try the kruchenyki, the Kuban Cossack bacon, various salads according to authentic recipes, Poltava dumplings, Cossack cabbage rolls and other delicacies. A separate place in the menu is occupied by dishes from the chef, including stanichny jelly, Kuban struli, village cutlets, Cossack desserts and drinks of their own preparation.
The restaurant has two spacious halls – Atamansky hall, Ceremonial hall, as well as Flower and Cossack Verandas. On the territory of the restaurant there is also a huge Summer hall with a capacity of up to 360 seats. For convenience, it is divided into separate zones.
