Restaurant «Skotina» – an institution that specializes in cooking meat dishes from local Kuban meat of high quality. All the meat for the menu comes here in carcasses from local suppliers who are engaged in breeding bulls of meat breeds «Charolais», «Angus» and «Limousine» specifically for this restaurant.
We could say that this is a «meat lovers club». The interior is designed in the warm colors, in the style of «loft». In the menu, you may find almost any part of the carcass, from the ears (as part of a salad with spicy pork ears, 250 rubles per serving) to the bull’s testicles baked with the beets (300 rubles).
There is a local answer to the florentine steak: Kuban steak weighing more than 1 kg (from 1500 rubles), as well as «Kubburger» (350 rubles). Among the side dishes and snacks there are the rare for this region couscous, veal brain pate with sweet potato and garlic mousse. Before cooking, if you want, the waiter brings the meat pieces to choose from.
