Katenka-Katyusha on Krasnaya street is a modern restaurant of author’s and traditional Russian cuisine in the center of Krasnodar.
The restaurant’s spacious halls are decorated in a bright and original way. The main role in the color scheme is played by white color. Thoughtful zoning and halls on two floors will allow you to choose convenient places for a large company and chamber meetings. In summer, a terrace is open for an outdoor recreation.
The restaurant menu offers dishes of Russian cuisine prepared in author’s and traditional versions with an emphasis on the local southern flavor. For example, the dumplings are prepared with potatoes and bacon, three types of cheese, or with truffle. In a large section of pies there are pizza-like author’s pastries: with oyster mushrooms and smoked chicken, with brine cheese and tomatoes, with lamb or duck and wild cherries. Even the Burger is prepared locally: Kuban street food is served with the baked bell peppers and a cutlet of marbled beef with the mustard sauce.
